This Korea Defense Service Ribbon medal is awarded to all branches of service and was instituted in 2003 for service in the Republic of Korea, and/or the waters adjacent for a qualifying period of time between 28 July, 1954 and a date to be determined.Ribbon holders/bars are sold separately and can be purchased in addition to your ribbon by selecting the drop down arrow above.
